What to expect

The #1 goal of the newsletter is to be useful (either surfacing new content or showing you that you didn’t miss anything this past week).

To that end, we spend about an hour a day scouring the internet, Twitter, Reddit, HN, etc. looking for articles, news, tutorials, fascinating things that will make you sit up and take notice.

We went through the “Big Data” wave and now the “AI / Generative AI” wave, so have developed a great filter for what matters to your day to day life, which means you won’t find a regurgitation of what is being covered ad nauseam by other opportunistic publications.

Who is behind Data Science Weekly?

We are Hannah and Sebastian.

We came to data science from different places (Hannah from Business Strategy and Financial Modeling, Sebastian from Data Visualization and Economics).

We wrote a guide to help Data Scientists Find a Job (called “Get A Data Science Job Course”).

Sebastian also wrote a book where he interviewed 16 different Data Scientists called “Data Scientists at Work”
